Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective). We will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method or in the form of store credit if cash was used.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not available for items returned after the 7-day window

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
